The Body is Light
Light is composed of particles of energy called photons. Photons travel at the speed of light. Light radiates electromagnetic energy which can be described in terms of frequency, wavelength, or energy. There are many other types of light that humans can't see, including radio waves, WIFI and gamma rays. You are also a being of Light.
The physical body is an intricate electrical system composed of atoms. The extremely fast rate of vibration of the atoms results in a physical body with an invisible electromagnetic field. Your body's cells respond to electrical signals which are controlled by your nervous system. A disruption to your energetic system can affect your nerves, heart and brain function.
As we experience life, our Energetic Systems are exposed to things that can alter, supress or disrupt our natural frequency. We may also encounter lower vibrational experiences and traumas. The Chakras within our physical body hold information and sometimes we have trouble processing and letting go of this energy. It begins to cause restrictions and blockages in our energetic flow. A long term disruption to your energetic flow may manifest as a physical ailment, pain, illness and/or disease
